 The Kings Wark is a fine bar located on the corner of The Shore and Commercial St in Leith. It serves great food and is a very popular eating place, especially on Sunday afternoons and for business lunches throughout the week. The bar has a warm and cosy ambiance with a rustic feel with old wooden floors. A good selection of cask ales and malt whiskies are available.John - Nov 2001 |

| I. Mackie | Excellent | | Despite a couple of bad reviews above, a one time bad experience does not a bad pub make. Forget the toilets, which are small and in need of decoration, this place is the definition of class. Great food, in both restaurant and bar. the slight rise in price (hardly double) is worth the extra level of service and the amazing selection of dishes. Maybe the menu isn't large, but it is clever.
