This pub was my local before the pub company shut it down!! Wednesday, August 31, 2005 Rating: rosettes Rob Hall Friendly, good food, beer garden...paradise.. Me and many friends had many good times at the Kinderton. We were regulars for about 1 and a half years before the Pub Company and the idiots from the Environmental Agency took it from the tenants with their evil grasp. Julie, John and Jean are perhaps the best landlords I've drank with, and in the end I don't look upon them as staff, I look upon them as friends. We assoicated a lot with them, naming our 7-a-side football Kinderton Arms F.C. and shortly before the pub closed we were due a team picture in the beer garden to be placed on the wall. It's a shame such a great friendly pub has been turned into a derelict ruin. The pub was the main sponsor of Middlewich's popular Folk and Boat festival. Wednesday, August 31, 2005 Rating: rosettes Stephen Allsworth best pub in Middlewich Passing through often on the boat we enjoyed stooping at the Kinderton Arms, it was the cleanest pub and you knew there would be no fights to get mixed up in.
