| I used to love the No.3 for drinking as well as eating but due to a few bad experiences I won't be going back there. In recent times there has been an unacceptable time to wait for food, lack of staff, poor communication between staff, little if any customer service skills and in particular one bloke who I assumed to be the manager or supervisor who spoke to us (and other members of the public) appallingly. It's a shame because overall the food is good - it's just the length of time you have to wait (even if you pre-order it for a certain time) and then made to feel it's your fault by the plank of a guy that works there. |

| Have always liked this place but it has recently gone down hill. the customer service is a disgrace (especially the guy) he needs a lesson in customer service skills. We pre-ordered food as we knew the likelihood of it being busy, our telephone order was accepted but blatently ignored. Need more staff, especially on a Friday as they cannot cope with more than 20 people at a time. We will be going elsewhere from now on! |

| My first pint of beer tasted of cough drops but I never said a word but the guy standing near me complained his pint tasted of jeyes fluid but when someone said there beer tasted of all fours cough mixture we all had to laugh. Maybe the beer was awful but I had a good night out with my newly made friends.

| This was the best pub in Blackpool but whatever happened to the ambience, feeling, mood , environment and atmosphere as its turned to cold icy stairs and the barmen chat up the men and the ladies are standing in the cold and waiting. Whatever happened to gallantry, politeness, graciousness and chivalry or maybe its changing times and if it is it’s a pity. |

| Having booked our christmas party for 40 people at the no.3, all I can say is that we never had one thing to complain about. I would like to thank the manager and the staff for a fabulous time and I will definately be back again next year. We stayed at the no.3 the whole day from lunchtime til closing and everyone had a great time. |

| During the late 80's, this was the place to be - wall-to -wall totty, great atmosphere etc. Then they Did it up and completely ruined it. Now Alan Ball (landlord) has long gone, and it's half empty even at weekends and the medallion men have retreated to the Belle Vue. |
