 This typically Irish pub has a great atmosphere at night when they have live bands. During the summer months it may be necessary to queue to get in, but, well worth it if you like Irish music. Inside there is a large circular bar and small booths around the perimeter. The floors and walls are all wood with a small raised area to one corner where the bands play. Bar food is served during the day and ,of course, Guinness is on tap! Great night time place whatever your choice of music.Linda - Feb 2001 |

BTW, Magners was only lauched in Scotland this year and is still hard to come by. Finny's is one of the few places you can now find it.

You'll get a night of careless, great fun and with great music to match. Should you on Sundays, you'll catch The Roods who are most probably one of the most talented and eclectic group of musicians I've ever seen. But do be prepared to dance: before you know it, somebody's twirling you around or sticking a pint of guinness in your hand.
