Staff attitude left a lot to be desired

Despite not being very busy on a Saturday lunchtime, the staff at this pub were dismissive and rude. When I politely asked how long my friend's meal would be (my own meal having arrived ten minutes earlier with a promise that the other meal would be here in a minute), I encountered such an bad attitude in the lady serving us that I swore I would never visit this pub again. The food was fine, apart from my friend's steak was undercooked. The burgers were nice, if a little greasy, but the unfriendly staff member in question ruined our lunch so that the quality of the food was a secondary matter.
