I've been drinking in the 'Welly' for over 20 years so I'm almost regarded as a regular now.
Most of the week its a nice place to spend a couple of quiet(ish) hours in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
There are assorted darts, domino and pool teams.
Fridays is the night that the Welly comes to life with live music from local and sometimes not so local vocalists and bands and to suit most tastes. A great night is usually had by all.
Being less than 5 minutes walk from second division Boston Uniteds York Street stadium, the pub is a popular pre-match meeting place for home and visiting supporters alike.
Why not call in some time. If I'm there I don't mind you getting me a pint in :).
