The only gripe I have about this pub, is that they don't allow kids inside. Apart from that, good pub, although has gone downhill slightly since Tracey left. The standards have def slipped

The food is okay, but like all chain pubs it is overpriced for what it is, as generally meat is dry etc The drinks are reasonably priced, there is a good mix of people and there is plenty of seating. On cold nights the fireplace (which is a real log burning fireplace) is lovely. Like all ember inns pubs it has a deliberate cosy feel.

A fantastic pub for people of all ages with superb food and service.
This is a well run pub aswell and is always clean with very helpfull staff.
I can't say enough about this pub i come from romford in essex and come up to watford a lot and the place just gets better.
