after working in the kitchen here for 8 months i have to say that hardly any of the food is microwaved and if it is, then it is freshly preapared either the previous night or that morning.
however the food quality is generally determined on who is cooking, the long term chef cooks high quality food while those that cover for him are usually slower and slightly more rushed. on saturdays we can take from £100-300 in food orders and so varies enormously
