 Absolutely disgusting
Went here for my sons birthday. Half the choices on the menu weren't available. Sausages on kiss menu were raw in the middle, when I complained was told that's how they should be after sitting in a Bain Marie all day. Tried to contact owners but have only had the manager constantly call back threatening legal action as I said I was going to the papers. No need now as I have contacted police and the brewery.

Poor experience. Staff not attentive. Table sticky. Food poor. No chilli in the Chilli just mince and tomato. Mussels very small. Did not bring bill until 2nd request.

We decided to have lunch in the two bridges on fathers day.
The service was fine, but our lunch took around half an hour to appear. Two of the paninis ordered were burned and had to be redone, one came back with the wrong filling. The chips were half cooked on another order.
The overall quality of the food was poor. We were also charged 1.50 for a glass of blackcurrent and soda(the usual price elsewhere is around 60p).
Will not be going back.

Poor attention to service, sticky tables littered with dirty dishes, disinterested staff, very slow to serve and food was greasy and tasteless.

Visited on Saturday the 17th July at 7.30pm. The menue is small but we thought that's fine as long as the food is good. The waitress came to take order and firstly the starter I ordered was of menu then the main course my husband ordered was of menu. I did ask for tomato sauce and when the bottle came the top was black absolutely filthy. Don't think we will be back, I did try to call the manager but he was not available and has not called me back. I dread to think what visitors to this country will think as they seem to be promoting that they wish to give a Truly Scottish Experience.

 New Beginning
Please note the new contact name of Alex & Hazel McLaughlin as these are now the new Lease holders of this establishment. The handover took place only a few weeks ago but has been almost a full year in the negotiation. This will hopefully allow the Bar area of the establishment which has been shut down for two years to be opened back up again.

We had the pleasure of having an evening meal at the Two Bridges restaurant over looking the bridges. It was quite busy as there was two coaches being served but this gave us time to have a relaxing drink before dinner which turned out to be incredible. Top marks Two Bridges, thanks for a fun night

 Dont go
This pub is terrible. Very clichy, very pricey and the owner is very ignorant to outsiders. I was heckled by a local to put money in the juke box, when i refused the owner made a point of suggesting I was causing trouble by refusing to put music on!!! Absolute Disgrace. I would also mention he was drunk behind the bar...which I thought was illegal??

Good food and drink, entertainment every weekend (discos, live bands, karaokes). Also runs an event called The Loony Dook when you go for a swim in the river Forth on New Years Day - brilliant!!! Lovely beer garden with wonderful views of bridges

This is traddition all over ! what a lovely little Pub, staff are very welcoming particularly the young fair haired lad, selection Ales were exceptional, but the icing on the cake was the food , recommend the Ploghmans or the cod in batter.

 Cracking wee boozer
Great little pub nestled away in the centre of queensferry. Old fashioned decor and nice warm feel to the place. Bar staff are friendly and good craic, young barman named daveo and barmaid named shona are particularly good fun. Was in their two days on the trot and will definetley be going back. Food in there is on a different level to your normal pub grub and anyone who is passing would do well to go in and have a meal and a drink. The guinness is par excellence and given how much the regulars were throwing back the Deuchars that must be a good pint as well.

Tried a couple of other pubs in the town, but this place is the stand out as far as atmosphere and having a good session go.

Will be going back as soon as I come back over.

Highly recommended!!!!!!
