Claret Freehouse the howez dem Croydon Claaret Freehouse, Addiscombe
LOADS of real ales, and ever changing guest ales available, as well as excellent ciders. Great local pub with friendly regulars, fantastic transports links - trams 20m and bus stops opposite. Lots of restaurants nearby - indian, chinese next door, pizza, however only bar food in the pub. Good atmosphere helped by the rugby supporters in the pub, especiallly on internationals. A very friendly atmosphere for a drink.

Claret Freehouse Mark Dunham Croydon Great beer, great pub albeit smokey.
Excellent quality of beer, diverse range and well-kept. Oh, and reasonably-priced (for London). Only Palmer's outlet in Greater London. Guest beers regularly from Cottage, Archer's and Dark Star plus appearances from Eccleshall, Grand Union and many others.
