 quirky
quirky, one of the smallest pubs in Britian yet packed full of memroblia. the landlord Jack is a really nice bloke who knows a scary amount of bad jokes.
if you live in or visit Bury St Edmunds, you have to go at least once, just like climbing the effiel tower or seeing the Mona lisa just to have done it.

 Not worth visiting
Way too small and needs a redecoration as currently feels like a council estate pub!

 Dank Pit
Judging by the state of the toilets I can only assume as much care is taken in the kitchen and therefore the place does not meet the most basic hygiene standards.

The male toilets are filthy; they stink, are full of rotten wood, condensation, have no toilet roll, and are absolutely disgusting. I visited there recently and a number of our group commented on the smell that could be smelt from the street! I am told the female toilets are not much better.

 Great!!
A great pub, though not for students. Although younger drinkers tnd to frequent it on the weekends, there is still plenty of space to get away from the real hussle and bustle and enjoy a nice drink. The atmosphere is friendly, and the food varied, well prepared and wonderfully cooked.

 Bad
I recommended people to go here they were charged 51 service charge at a 21 Birthday Party 20 odd people waitress only 2. we had butter with prawn cocktails no bread we requested bread twice. Told children would be half price charged full price. I work at West Suffolk College will not be recommending again

Great pub to relax and very freindly.
I am a retired US Air Force member that was stationed at RAF Mildenhall and I lived down the road from Judes Ferry. It was always a great place to have good food and drinks.

 Good venue for live music
I've played there and it's a good atmos. But for me what makes this a good live music pub is that it IS NOT tribute band overkill. Excellent mixture of genres.

 tiny pub
This may be a very tiny pub, but the atmosphere makes seeing this pub is worth the trip to Bury St. Edmunds, along with all the other site that are in Bury St. Endmunds too.

 Guiness Book of Records
The Guiness Book of Records states that this is the smallest pub in Britain. This novel inn boasts a thatched roof and is no larger than 15ft by 7ft 6 inches. Presumably, there is not much room for other than drinking - as they don't serve food.

 Friendly
A fairly student orientated pub although not without its mandatory local sitting in the corner.
Good food, small TV, Pool and arcade games make it pretty good even for designated drivers!
