 Prices
Did any of you query the price? Or check on your itemized bill if it said small?
Ours clearly had small and normal with different prices, it was beautiful. I do admit the small was only a little bit smaller but when we asked for smaller again they were more than happy to accommodate us.
Their reasoning was that they'd rather the customer have too much than not enough. Which I think is a fantastic view on the customers behalf, everyone has different appetites. I've worked in the industry before and even children have surprised me with the amount they can put away!
5 star home-cooked meal in a cosy atmosphere. Thank you!

 Change in pricing,.
We too were charged full for a child's meal. We go there regularly because they do children's meals, but we've never been charged full price before. Is this justified?

 Good Food
Stopped here to get some pub grub and our expectations were certainly exceeded! Food was really great, they even asked how we wanted our burger cooked which is always a good sign of a quality place. I recommend a visit for the food. Beer was good too.

 So handy!
A friendly old pub with good beer, old-world atmosphere, and delicious and generous food. I always get a good reception at this pub. The food is great value and beautifully cooked.

It's handy for Truro and you can park easily round the back.

 Need a new manager
And I should know, I worked there for five months, the pay was crap, the pub is rundown and needs a good overhaul, it's lost it's charm and character

 Just excellent
We went to the Norway Inn on Friday 21/07/06 for one of their Seafood Nights.
The food and service was tremendous. We are regulars at the Norway and can highly reccommend the food there. The fish was cooked to perfection and very fresh. The display of fresh fish was magnificent

 Superb Meal
My husband and I dropped by for lunch. Well, First class friendly service, the food absolutly delicious and even as we did not had the time for coffee, we were still served the complimentary Home made fudges, what a treat. Everything was out of this world.
Thank you, and see you soon again.

 Norway Inn
This is indeed the pub that was run by Angela and Billy Herbert. Sadly, Angela died last year and Billy has been gone for some time. The pub now has a first-class restaurant and still retains a very friendly atmosphere. The famous 'Rod' still works there (has done now for pver 25 years) and greets everyone with a personal smile and friendly banter. The Sunday carvery is excellent and is also available Sunday evenings too.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
